Our IVR platform offers a range of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) options that can be tailored to meet your organization’s call handling requirements:
A traditional auto-attendant greeting that allows callers to select an option using a single digit (0-9-*-#).
Available destinations per digit include: (speech recognition available)
- Transfer to another IVR
- Transfer to a hunt group or queue

Multi-Digit IVR
Designed for environments requiring a larger number of options, allowing callers to enter multi-digit selections ranging from 10 to 9,999,999,999.
PIN-Based IVR
Enables callers to reach local or remote destinations by entering a predefined PIN code.
Meeting IVR
Allows users to join a gloCOM Meeting using audio only, without requiring the desktop or mobile application.
Call Handling Features
Fax Detection
Automatically detects incoming fax transmissions and delivers them as a PDF attachment via email.
Timeout Destination
If a caller does not make a selection within the configured timeout period, the call can automatically be redirected to:
- An Extension
- Another IVR
- A Ring Group
Music on Hold
Assign custom Music on Hold (MOH) to be played after callers make a menu selection and are being transferred.
Dialing Permissions
Administrators can restrict callers from dialing specific extension numbers through the IVR by configuring dialing permissions.
Caller Redirection
Automatically redirect callers who are not recognized or authorized to a predefined destination, such as:
- IVR
- Ring Group
- Extension
Transfer Ringing Options
When transferring callers from an IVR, administrators can choose the caller experience:
- Generate a standard ringback tone
- Play selected Music on Hold
Scheduling and Business Hours
Each IVR supports its own independent schedule based on dates, days, and times.
Open Days
Configure normal business hours and working days.
- Calls received outside business hours can be redirected to alternate destinations.
Closed Dates
Configure holidays and special closures that override the standard schedule.
Custom Destinations
Route calls to specific destinations during predefined time periods on selected dates.
