The ability to save contacts from an SMS conversation
This enhancement allows users to save a contact from an SMS conversation directly to their local phone book.
Chat message reactions, In group chats, reactions allow users to react to messages quickly by using emojis.
Ringing Distinguish when an extension on gloCOM GO is ringing and when it is on call.
User Status Indicators:
On Call:
- Users who are already engaged in a call will be marked as “On Call.”
- This status indicates that the user is currently occupied with an ongoing conversation.
Ringing: - Users who are in the process of receiving a call will be marked as “Ringing”.

gloCOM GO Dashboard incorporates call information and easy control of User Services.
In order to make the Dashboard more user friendly and contemporary, BICOM has developed a completely new design. The new Dashboard design contains modules for easy access to Profile info, today’s calls stats, Recent calls, Call options & Voicemail, Favorites and Quick actions
Profile info module displays info like your username, extension, avatar and personal status. Today’s calls module displays stats about calls that you made today. Recent calls module displays the last 3 calls and allows for interaction with them. Quick actions module allow users to quickly start a conference, create a new chat, send SMS/MMS.
Call options & voicemail module allows for users to interact with settings from call forwarding, callback, caller id and to open voicemail screen.
The Favorites module displays 10 favorites contacts and allows interaction with them.

Callback Calls
Using the cell network instead of data
Callback calls are helpful when gloCOM GO cannot be registered to the phone system due to poor WI-FI or Cell data network quality.
When callback is set, gloCOM GO tells the phone system to call your mobile number, when you answer the number you dialed is then connected as if you dialed it from your cell.
